ISSUES IN INDIAN COMMERCE

Issues in Indian Commerce is a text prescribed by the Panjab University, Chandigarh for students pursuing B.Com. 3^rd Semester. It is a joint work of two authors, namely, Punam Agarwal, and Jatinder Kaur. The publication is made by the Kalyani Publishers. Finance constitutes an important part of development activity in any economy. Domestic savings determine capital formation. Any gap between domestic savings and capital market can be well-financed by foreign investments. These investments may take the form of FDI, FII, ECBs, or FCCBs.
